Tecksight's Salesforce practice is building a dedicated Agentforce capability and we are looking for a specialist with hands-on Agentforce implementation experience to join as a core member of our AI-powered Salesforce delivery team.

You will design, build, test, and deploy Agentforce autonomous agents for enterprise clients across sales, service, and self-service use cases — working alongside Salesforce architects and functional consultants on complex, multi-cloud Salesforce environments.

Design Agentforce agent personas, topic libraries, instruction sets, guardrails, and escalation triggers aligned to defined business use cases.

Build Agentforce actions that connect to Salesforce object data, Knowledge articles, Salesforce Data Cloud profiles, and external enterprise APIs including Oracle ERP.

Conduct thorough agent testing including happy path, edge case, out-of-scope, and adversarial scenario validation — ensuring agent behaviour is reliable and within defined boundaries before production deployment.

Configure grounding data sources for agent knowledge — including Data Cloud data spaces, Knowledge bases, and Salesforce object queries.

Monitor production agent performance — tracking deflection rates, escalation patterns, and customer satisfaction signals — and iterate on agent instructions and actions to improve performance.

Document agent design, action specifications, and testing evidence to production-grade standards.

Support client teams in understanding and adopting Agentforce capabilities through demonstrations and enablement sessions.

3+ years of Salesforce development experience with a minimum of 1 year hands-on Agentforce implementation experience.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture — Apex, LWC, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is highly desirable.

Familiarity with prompt engineering principles and LLM grounding techniques.

Salesforce AI Associate or Agentforce Specialist certification preferred.
