Tecksight is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex multi-cloud Salesforce implementations for enterprise clients — including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft integration programmes.

This is a senior client-facing role requiring deep technical expertise, strong architecture design capability, and the ability to lead and mentor delivery teams.

Design end-to-end Salesforce technical architectures across multi-cloud enterprise environments — covering data models, security models, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.

Lead technical design workshops and produce architecture documentation including solution design documents, integration specifications, and data architecture designs.

Define and enforce technical standards, code quality guidelines, and DevOps practices across Salesforce delivery teams.

Design and oversee Agentforce agent architecture, topic definition, action libraries, and grounding data configuration.

Lead Data Cloud implementations including data stream configuration, identity resolution design, and calculated insights.

Provide technical governance across concurrent delivery workstreams and manage technical risk throughout delivery.

Mentor and upskill junior and mid-level Salesforce developers and consultants.

8+ years of Salesforce experience including 3+ years in a technical architect or lead developer role.

Deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and at least two of: Agentforce, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.

Strong Apex, LWC, and Salesforce API development skills.

Experience architecting and delivering MuleSoft or Salesforce API integrations with Oracle ERP or other enterprise systems.

Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification preferred.
